While our first visit at Llys y Coed was disheartening and made us feel we couldn't afford a home on the estate, meeting Rhianna on a subsequent visit was a turning point; she was absolutely invaluable. Any post-move issues were resolved swiftly, thanks to Gethin, the Site Manager, and his dedicated team, who have been exceptional. We’re impressed that even a year later, Castle Green is still quick to resolve any minor concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

So far so good. Switch went smoothly within a few days. App registration without any problems. I've managed to change date of direct debit via email without any problems and yes first direct debit is taken within first few days but that's normal procedure for every energy company. Hopefully they'll be able to keep low prices to beat big companies

Delivery bit delayed but that down to seller not manufacturer. Shed delivered as flat pack, instruction clear looks like good quality so hope will last for years

Great customer service from Hayley - Supersonics. So easy to just message on messenger instead of having have to ring and be stuck on hold. Very good.
