I went in to go outdoors, with my members card and looking for a comfortable pair of weatherproof goretex shoes. I looked at the range and was approached by a chatty assistant who retrieved the appropriate sized pair from the stock cupboard. He followed me down to the till, transaction went ahead. Good experience, and nice to deal with people who are interested in making conversations as opposed to grunting. Thanks

What I ordered was lots of bits. In confusion I ordered some wrong bits. After an email. This was cleared up. The return of items allowed a quick refund. And a reorder.

I could not get over the speed I which my parts arrived.
Saying that, the full descriptions of some of the parts, indicating what was in the kit was vague. (When I had pointed this out and it was amended.)
Therefore contact was made through the lines offered, and this cleared the problem.
A Smooth transaction was done. I went away feeling that I will use this company again because it felt secure.

I wanted a particular chain and gear cassette. I have use chain reaction many times before. They came up with the results. I ordered and they were there the next day. Excellent service. And if you have a deficiency that's delt in the same way. What's not to like.
