A lovely ship and loved the lift system as if you had someone in a wheelchair it so much easier knowing which lift you are getting in.
Did not like the ship within the ship as restricted walking around the whole ship and like a class system.
Very noisy and nowhere you could have a quiet drink other than your cabin. Obviously some like this but not me.
Shows excellent especially the paid shows. Most speciality restaurants good value.
No proper deck games such as shuffle board or deck quoits.

Would have been 5 star if the parcel had have been put in the parcel box rather than on the front door step in full view of everyone

The instructions of where to leave it were followed as instructed and when I answered the door the lady took it out of the parcel box and handed kit to me. She was very cheerful.

Food good and most dishes very tasty.
Delivery late this week, first week delivered 14:30, second week 18:00 and third 19:15.
Disappointing that nearly every meal has to be fried in oil even if it is something that is being cooked in the oven.
Meals that use the stock powder are very salty even though no added salt added.

On line quote very good but had a question so phoned to check something and then couldn't finish online and had to ring again. I was then quoted over £30 more so nearly went elsewhere but redid on line quote and came out at the lower amount. People I spoke to were very helpful and nice but disappointed that they quoted more and were unable to match original quote.

Works well in receiving credit to your account an also paying out.
When cashing in some put a limit on what you can cash in, and if you have more you can't use that one so would be good if you could and then cash in the rest against something else.
Other than that small thing service has been good.
