I returned an item on 19/01/2026 (originally purchased on 13/01/2026) Boohoo acknowledged the receipt of the return on 30/01/2026. I am still waiting for the refund as of 03/03/2026. I have emailed them with the order number and item number (due to non existent customer service contact number). Finn who must be a chat bot didn’t recognise the order number or item number. Now since then emailed them via Resolver on 12/02/2026 and received an automated message stating there would be a delay in responding to my email. This has now been escalated to requiring a response from a boohoo manger 26/02/2026. As of today I have had to report the return to Klarna (I made the original payment through them). Klarna promises to delay the payment until the refund is returned.
Boohoo is a completely disgusting, disingenuous company who think they are above UK trading standards laws. They are happy to take your money and cause you distress and frustration should you wish to exercise your rights to return an item. They intentionally make it impossible to chase a refund in the hope you will give up.
