I returned an item on 19/01/2026 (originally purchased on 13/01/2026) Boohoo acknowledged the receipt of the return on 30/01/2026. I am still waiting for the refund as of 03/03/2026. I have emailed them with the order number and item number (due to non existent customer service contact number). Finn who must be a chat bot didn’t recognise the order number or item number. Now since then emailed them via Resolver on 12/02/2026 and received an automated message stating there would be a delay in responding to my email. This has now been escalated to requiring a response from a boohoo manger 26/02/2026. As of today I have had to report the return to Klarna (I made the original payment through them). Klarna promises to delay the payment until the refund is returned.
Boohoo is a completely disgusting, disingenuous company who think they are above UK trading standards laws. They are happy to take your money and cause you distress and frustration should you wish to exercise your rights to return an item. They intentionally make it impossible to chase a refund in the hope you will give up.

Affordable and professional movers

In having to relocate my mother from South to East London Mario Movers became instrumental in making this happen in a short period of time. The overall packing and unpacking fee was affordable and highly competitive. The movers were professional and cared about the packing and transporting my mother's items. They finished quicker than expected, which was a bonus for us. I will definitely use them again if required.

Tulo's provides excellent customer service and prompt response to my queries. I am only leaving due to them not being able to match my current quote for gas and electricity. Also a seamless transition.

Problems securing a flight

I had problems securing a flight and Carlos Silva helped to remedy the issue. Very polite and professional. In addition called to confirm everything had gone through. I will definitely use this company again.

Requested two saver bags from local…

Requested two saver bags from local Caribbean food store. Shop closed upon arrival. Called the owner via their company website, only to be told the store doesn't open on Sundays and hasn't done so for months. No apology for wasting my time. I promtly received the money back for the bags into my account. However my concern is the waste of my time and petrol not being compensated for. Now had I not picked up the items in time I would had still been charged. This isn't the first time this has happened BTW.

New to virgin media

New to virgin media I have found Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. Very poor can't wait until contract ends.

For broadband issues, you can log into your account at virg.in/myVM to run diagnostics. If any faults show there then you will be able to book an engineer from there.

You could also try posting about your connection issue on our Community Help Forum virg.in/VMforums so we can look into this further.
