Not impressed

I understand that under NHS most of the dentists would do as little as possible but unfortunately this time was next to nothing. The previous dentists checked and got red of all the plaque and a bit cleaning (which was taking about 35mins) but the new dentists which we saw this time, just had a look and asked any problems and I said no and then I was told great and see you in 6 month time. So not very happy, just wished could have see the previous dentists.

Fantastic customer service and product

Can’t say enough how good they are. From the day I decided to buy a chair from them (which they help a lot to decide which one would be good for me) and the day with their help on the phone to set it up.
After 6 mouth was a very small problem with my chair and with one phone call they sent me a new replacement. Fantastic customer service which you don’t see n many places now. Thank you guys (especially Lee) for looking after me and you have customer for life.

Don’t buy anything from this website …

Dreadful customer service I have been waiting for them to give me my refund for ages and they don’t reply. There is no phone call and there are awful. Don’t buy anything from this company at all.
I will take the case to trading a standard and complain about this dodgy website.

Not a efficient or quick customer service ever

avoid this company, they don't care about customer.
They don't know what they doing, and no phone support. very expansive and not supporting the customer at all. My email has been down which is costing me money and they can't fix it and not responding to my messages for the last 2 days with correct info to fix. keep replying with some nonsense
After few days Andrew used TeamViewer and fixed the problem. This should have been fixed on the first day.
I am a service provider and have many customers in UK and Europe and email is most important part of my business and not been able to use it for few days was a nightmare. Any problems my customers have I remote in for fix it or checking it out within 20 mins.
Sorry I couldn’t leave a good review but these things should be fixed straight away for customers as I do with TeamViewer all the time for my customers.

Great website to buy appliance

Absolutely shambles

Absolutely shambles, never dealt with a company with worst customer service like these lots, I been a customer for years and every year they getting worst. Before you could talk to someone on the phone and now you can’t, as there is no phone anywhere in their website.
My email is not working and I forgot my PW, god knows how I can reset the password as, if I try to reset it, it could only done by email.
Not happy at all.

Dreadful customer service

Unfortunately their customer service is not good anymore. I always bought my Apple products from them because of their great 2 years warranty, never again. I went to their Cambridge store because of a minor problem with my iPhone 12 and their second floor manager Dan was not helpful and didn’t care about what I was telling him and just wanted to get rid of me. Before they fixed my iPhone in my door step (iphone7) but now they are saying we have to send it to Apple shop for repair and it can take up to 28 days. I explained I am using my phone for my business and it’s not possible for me to do that and I was happy to buy another iPhone from there but as their manager was unhelpful and didn’t care, I left and went to the Apple shop next door whom they were amazing. I told them about what happened and they (Apple store staff) fixed my phone there within 1 hour while I was waiting.
John Lewis staff don’t tell you the truth and they don’t make it clear about their warranty, when you buy Apple product from them. Please do not trust them. Really a bad experience for me to ask them to help me with my phone which is still under warranty. I know lots of companies customer service gone backward after covid but I was not expecting John Lewis getting this bad.No thanks to their manager and his attitude to how to deal with customer I will never shop there and will recommend to all my friends and family not to shop there too.

I'm sorry to learn your Apple iPhone developed a fault and that you're disappointed with the service provided by one of the Managers in our Cambridge shop. If a customer returns a faulty electrical item we will always try and send it to the manufacturers for repair and advise our customer's that it can take up to 28 days. Some suppliers, however, such as Apple, recommend that if the product is still within it's 1 year guarantee to visit one of their shops where they have Product Technologist and Repair Agents who will inspect the item before repairing it on site. I'm pleased you did this and your iPhone was repaired quickly. There is scam going on with Amazon delivery.

There is scam going on with amazon delivery. I bought a phone and they said for two days no one was home which we were as they delivered other items. Then on 3rd they driver delivered a package for my wife and I had to ran out to ask him for my package. I could see he was not happy to give it to me. After I open the package it was empty watch box and not a phone. I reported to Amazon customer service and after I followed their instructions they refund me a full amount. Thank you Amazon.

Waste of money never buy from them again

unfortunately your picture is not as same as your product. not very happy.
these roses were way too smaller then what I could see in the web site. Very disappointed they got here yesterday and not even opened yet and nearly they all dead. I bought them for my wife birthday and very embarrassing.
