Creme de la creme.

Well that's it my journey complete with 21D! From initial enquiries 8th Nov 25 to my assessment 2nd December! My surgery 18th February through to sign off today! Absolutely thrilled with my experience from start to finish! Just wish to say an extremely big thank you to all 21D team what fantastic caring team you all are!!!

I'm smiling with confidence showing off my new set of teef and now look forward to a bright white future eating foods I've avoided for years!

Goodluck everyone on their personal journey and if you have doubts about going ahead with the process I was classed as a complex case being told we only have one shot in getting this right! I was offered a solution and I believed that 21D would deliver and so they did!!!

Thank you all and see you this time next year!!! 🫶👏👏👏🫶

Excellent service

Excellent service - initial enquiry commenced online and discussion conclusion direct phone call. Advisor Michael Greig (Warrington branch) very helpful, informative and managed to get nearly 50% off delivery fee - bonus (Full payment made). If I could I would give Michael a bonus too - well deserved and made my experience nice and easy! Thank you and look forward to my furniture arriving.

Review over RAC Warranty

Shocking!

Couldn't find an approved garage near to home that would carry out the work. The nearest garage was approx 25 miles away and could not book me in within 2 weeks. I took to my regular garage VAT registered and there come back was we don't do RAC warranty- his words -they're a pain in the bum! Too much messing about! What a waste of £600 - got the job done costing me £800 so a total of £1400 spent rather than £200 if I had not wasted my money on this pathetic warranty!

Regarding your regular garage’s comments, we’re disappointed to hear that they were unwilling to engage with the RAC Warranty process. Many VAT-registered garages do work with us successfully, and we aim to make the claims process as straightforward as possible. That said, we appreciate that not every garage may be familiar or comfortable with third-party warranty procedures.

We’d really like the opportunity to look into your case further and see if there’s anything we can do to support you now or improve your experience going forward. Please respond to our message so we can escalate this accordingly.

Avoid at all costs

Firstly shipping comes from China not USA as led to believe. I paid over £50 for my items as soon as I opened the bag and pulled the item out I could tell the material was not what I expected. The photos and video adverts are misleading, I expected cotton t-shirts I got shiny pyjama like material. I wanted retro look and got shito look. The sizes are bigger than chart size. Within 30 seconds I put items back in bag and took them to my local charity shop. Hopefully they will get a bit of money but I'm not holding my breath. Shocking clothes look really cheap abd misleading. Avoid please you will be extremely let down.

No Customer Service- just bots and lies!

XRequesting refund for automatic subscription! Tried for 2 days now and get the same problem - agent will be available in less than 10 minutes... but the must be no one working at sony because no agent ever arrives. I am eligible for a refund but the challenge is how do you get your refund when no one is willing to engage with you. Sent an email but no reply!!!
Will have to threaten small courts claim if this continues - poor service!

I sent an email to sony help centre and they replied within 48 hours - I provided relevant details including order number. i was refunded within 5 business days, therefore change from 1 star to 3 stars.

After-care service disappointing to say…

After-care service disappointing to say the least. I recieve a text to call Currys - called and met with call centre informed Product written off after unsuccessful repair. I was then told that I would receive a voucher via text to replace like for like TV within 72 hours! 72 hours later no text - I calls Currys customer service (call centre somewhere in Durban 😮) to have the same rhetoric thrown at me - "I am sorry I will email the team to re-send the voucher and you should receive via text within 72 hours... at this point I said "woah, so what happens if I do not receive text with voucher again?... what to wait another 72 hours!!!". I did ask for direct email address so i could escalate matter and hopefully speed up process but they said there was no email address and an official complaint that would take 7-14 days to get a response to which instantly I declined and 'bit the bullet' and chose to wait to see. Poor service! They're quite happy to take your money to cover breakdown service but appear hesitant to give you your money back to replace product 😤
