Horrendous service yet again

Horrendous service yet again
Delivered somewhere and a black picture attached to delivery
Rang and it said on the automated system that parcel was handed to customer - absolutely lie

Constantly have this issue with yodel and it’s seriously not good enough

Im fed up of going around in circles chasing parcels that haven’t been delivered

Expect a long delivery as come from overseas

A .co.uk website is deceiving when products get sent where they need to go through customs

No confirmation email or tracking sent causing stress

Live chat were helpful and responsive , sent me tracking straight away when I found out about the customs. I paid for express delivery thinking it would be a few days over Xmas period ready for an event next weekend but not hopeful they’ll get here in time.

Website needs more clarity and openness etc

I couldn’t rate the customer service…

I couldn’t rate the customer service more if I tried. I got a quote this morning, and had a friendly approachable lady I think called Sarah who was so helpful, comforting and very thorough.

The quote is very reasonable and the cover too

Highly recommend , have used before and will continue to do so

Awful service paid 24 hour delivery…

Awful service paid 24 hour delivery turned up 3 days late having had to update address twice as apparently can’t find my address despite sending what 3 words, pictures and directions
