This claim has been going on for 5 years and with the help of Erin it is finally coming to an end.
This claim has been going on for 5 years and I was very disappointed at the service I received. However, when Erin Proudlock took over the claim the service has been excellent. She has been very professional, efficient, and helpful. She has always gone the extra mile to keep us updated and we would like to thank her for this.
