Generally very happy with the service

Generally very happy with the service; everything runs smoothly. My only issue was a claim earlier this year which took several weeks for a response. If the communication speed improved, it would be 5 stars. Otherwise, a solid experience.

Derek, my Garolla installer, was great. He did the job in a very professional way. Everything was perfect and he did clean everything, afterwards.

I was in a bit of a doubt about the the…

I was in a bit of a doubt about the the premium hybrid mattress because I thought it would be a bit rigid but after two weeks I can honestly say that it's very comfortable, not too rigid and not too soft. Highly recommended!
