Eleri was fantastic! She set up my new account and started the process of changing my prepayment meters to credit meters. She rang back when she said and made the whole process really easy. Thank you!

Superb Quality

The quality of the fitted king size sheets is amazing. They have washed beautifully and have a silky feel. Very pleased with them.

I am going to ring Trading Standards to…

Thank you for your reply. Could you please explain why, Keith, my review on REVIEW.io on your website……went live for an hour this morning…. photo available… and was then taken down? I spoke to REWIEW.io ….. photo available…. who said Tower had taken the review down. Are the reviews on your website not independent? Do you only put up reviews you want your customers to read? Thank goodness for Trustpilot!

Suprise suprise….. 28/4 10am this morning i received my vouchers….. after nearly 3 weeks! Why does it take a 1* trustpilot review to sort it? I am sure Keith will now give a glowing response saying he is glad Tower have sorted it!

I am going to ring Trading Standards to report Tower Housewares for their recall……………
Into my 3rd week now and STILL not received my vouchers. Told on 11th April i would be receiving my vouchers. Keep getting told it will be resolved in 48hours and it is NOT! Customer service Malcom says it cannot be escalated as it is with IT department and customer services have done all they can. I am now going to go to Trading Standards, as i have no air fryer and no vouchers……Utterly appalling response to a recall

Here at Tower we always welcome our customers comments and feedback as they allow us to review and improve upon the products and services we offer.

Customer comments also allow us to provide a balanced response on behalf of Tower and responses are always made in a respectful and courteous manner.

Firstly let me offer my sincere and personal apologies for the delays in providing your chosen vouchers for the Tower website.

Our Customer Services Team were made aware of an outage with our mailing system over the Easter period. Once this was resolved email communications were dispatched to our customers across a couple of days.

Sadly when you contacted us for an update the incorrect timescales were quoted as to when you would receive your vouchers - Tower prides itself on the high level of service we offer to our customers; rest assured as a result of your comments the appropriate action will commence to prevent similar errors occurring again.

I can confirm your Trustpilot review had no bearing whatsoever on the timescales associated with the receipt of your vouchers.

Our voluntary Air Fryer Recall Programme has had full support of our partners in Trading Standards and we would welcome any communications from them regarding your experience.

It only leaves to once again personally apologise for the delays you have incurred.

Great quality and price

My husband loves short sleeved rugby shirts. Ordered him one which I washed and he absolutely loves it…. So much so I have ordered more. Fabric is superb, washed brilliantly and fit really good.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke. Mum passed away in September. Trying to sort out her investments, SJP blamed the partners, the partners blamed SJP, putting enormous emotional stress on me at a time I needed supporting. Put in a complaint 19th December, which was accepted (!), and am STILL waiting for a final response. Have just heard it should now be by 25th May, due to the complaints department ‘unfortunately experiencing an unusually high volume of complaints increasing our workload. !!…so Izzy and Katy, do not bother to respond to this as I am already in the very long queue in your complaints department, and to all the poor people they have referred to complaints recently…..unfortunately you are in for a very long wait!
However, both Prudential and Aviva supported me fantastically through the process and paid out on Mums investment within 2 months, so if anyone is looking where to invest…. I would highly recommend them!

Re call from the team….I will wait a month for the phone call then too Izzy…..!

Superb Sheffield made knives

I have had a full set of dymondwood knives for the last 15years and they are still as good today as when I first got them. They are superb sheffield made knives that last. I now buy them for presents and the recipient are always delighted.

Do not even bother to involve escalation team!

Yodel escalation team reply to every 1 star review. Do do bother getting in touch with them as they just regurgitate the on line chat excuses and do nothing! They still have not addressed the lie that i missed the collection and a card has been left….. when I was sat in waiting for them to collect it for FIVE days. Absolute disgrace!
Update…see same reply from Yodel. They will then tell me exactly the same as they said this morning…… and yesterday…..so will not be replying Yodel!

If i could give no stars i would

If i could give no stars i would. For 4 days now they have promised delivery of a parcel and collection of another. We are always 70 + drop and guess what? It never comes….. they then change tracking to say for the collection…. i missed it and a card was left…. Lie…. And for the delivery….I changed the date…. Another lie! And tracking is always changed just as everything closes down for the day! Terrible appalling service.
