Norman the assistant was a credit to the company, his in-depth knowledge of the stock & types of walking boots best suited for the terrain to be used on.
He was well informed where in the store various items were to be located.
It was a pleasure to be treated as a valued customer ,which is missing in many other retail outlets.
I can't recommend the experience high enough at Go Outdoors
I wouldn't go anywhere else if they sell the item I need.

Compatibility check unreliable.
The thermostate I ordered did indicate a positive compatibility result, with the fridge id.
But it didn't fit, so the compatibility check is a waste of time & unreliable.

All parts (apart from universal items) are model number specific and model details should be used when locating a part to ensure the item is suitable for the appliance it is intended for.
The item in question is listed as a ‘Fridge Freezer VT9 Thermostat Kit' which isn't listed to fit specific make/models but will only fit depending on the specification listed on our website.
We want you to be totally happy with your eSpares purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is faulty, damaged or no longer needed, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

You are very poor at sorting out problems connected to the, not so smart meter.
The gas reading has to be manually sent.
I've reported this month's ago.
