I’ve been a Games Workshop customer and hobbyist for over 30 years, and this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had.

I purchased the Horus Heresy: Saturnine boxset which arrived with mould and sprue damage: scuffed rivets, marked chest details, and surface wear straight out of the box. After several rounds of replacements sent directly from Games Workshop, every copy showed the same defects. Support have been fantastic and gone above and beyond but cannot solve this.

It’s since been acknowledged that the way the sprues are packed can cause friction damage, yet the kits continue to be sold. I’ve also found identical problems on the new MKII Assault Marines, suggesting a wider, systemic issue with production or packaging.

After weeks of correspondence, I was ultimately offered a refund, but what I wanted was the product as advertised i.e. clean, premium-quality kits fit for display and painting. I’m sharing this so other hobbyists are aware of the current quality problems affecting recent Horus Heresy releases.

Several weeks have passed since order was placed. Received order tracking after a week that does not work. No communication. Pursuing refund with card company.

Originally new fridge arrived damaged, this was discovered when it was unpacked. No one's fault and the delivery team were excellent. This resulted in a new fridge having to be re-delivered the next day. This meant my installer could not do the job.

Marks agreed to install it, after some confusion and a slight delay they have installed it today and Steve and Alan have done a great job.

Overall happy.

Quick delivery, well packaged all good

Placed an order for a laptop only for it to be cancelled later as supplier has no stock. I wasn't informed of this and had to call them up to find out.

Why was I able to place an order in the first place?

Utter shambles. Ordered a set of shower panels. They arrived damaged. Fair enough it happens.

Replacement set was sent. Also arrived damaged. That isn't acceptable.

Extremely quick delivery of a hard to get item. Very pleased and going to use them again.
