The ordering of the items was very easy from the app. The items were click and collect from a local store however I understand that a new delivery system has been introduced using the shop app. This meant I got different dates of delivery and nothing at all from the shop.
I eventually got my items but I had to chase them up. Needs time to bed in the new system and improve communication

Plants were well packaged and some came with planting instructions.
The plants were ready to plant & are making the most of the warmer weather
