I would give less if I could. Ordered a taxi to stancliff road driver went needwood road rung me twice ask where I am. I check the tracking he’s no where near then told me to go f myself

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! I spoke to a gentleman named Bailey who couldn’t have been more helpful! I had an item which shrunk unfortunately even though I followed the instructions on how to wash and dry.
He completely understood and has sent me out a replacement the very next day. I would highly recommend A.o.f and will definitely be purchasing again.

Originally I only wanted the Aragon v2…

Originally I only wanted the Aragon v2 which cost 100£ all together. Thought I can build a box for 160£ which consist of 5 items. Anyway wish I didn’t as the other 3 things I picked to fill the box are naff! The diverge cargos are cut too short meaning they’re never going to be worn. The jumper had so much loose thread all over and the most ridiculous collar which is my fault as I should have noticed on the website.
Lastly I got as the last item the electro box cargo pants in charcoal the colour is not a match of what’s shown on the website.


Cut a long story short iv kept the Aragon v2 set and gave the other 3 items away.

Orderd two items on the 28/04/2023 at…

Orderd two items on the 28/04/2023 at 9.30am for next day delivery with DPD to arrive on the 29th. They never showed up. So I paid next day delivery for no reason.

Half of the items arrived with a pathetic email stating partially dispatched and a refund! Maybe someone within your company could keep on top of the website instead of having folks waste their time! Iv been sent half a matching set which will obviously have to be returned now!

So bravo couldn’t keep up to your delivery promises nor could you send out what was ordered.

Avoid end clothing high end price tags for items that fall to pieces

I Purchased a palm angels wallet on the 1/10/2022

I have used the wallet under ten times and the logo has started to peel off. I sent an email on the 9/11/2022 to explain the situation to one of your members of staff named India. She asked me how many times iv put it in the wash which is crazy as I wasn't aware people put leather wallets in the washing machine…. how many times iv used it ect and then she said it will need to be sent of to the branding team on the 23/11/22 so they can make a better inspection... Baring in mind no wallet should fall to pieces within a month especially at that price.

Today on the 29/11/22 I received an email stating without them even receiving the wallet yet there’s nothing they can do about it as it’s ware and tare which is absolute lies. Honestly the worst customer service iv experienced and clearly they care more about themselves then making amends with a repeat customer. I will not be shopping with end clothing no more.

All iv learnt from them is to expect anything you have purchased to fall to pieces within the first month.

I’m trying to return items which I…

I’m trying to return items which I purchased online. I’m not allowed to return them in store has to be sent back. Yet the online portal to process refunds isn’t working! Iv been told to just wait till it’s back up and running. Terrible service.
