All carried out efficiently from ordering to delivery, good communication and delivery guys very helpful and on time.
Just one thing, there should be an option to pay extra for a delivery on a floor other than the ground floor, get insurance that allows for this. This is our only reservation in ordering something else from Daals

We were told less than 48 hours in a confirmation call that if you lived above the ground floor there is an additional £25 charge. This was not mentioned at time of booking on line! When i asked why they said the cleaner has to take the pieces to the van to dip so it takes longer. The cleaner took nothing down to the van and insisted in us paying the £25. Blatant fraud and lies.

I paid for my key and then they ask for my credit card to activate the account and access my key! this is well dodgy.
