absolute scandalous company I've been out as I was told in an email my delivery was due 17/11/24 but while I'm out I get a notification saying delivered today 16/11/24 checked garden and bins as usually get put in blue bin with no problems at all from any other delivery clients but amazon shocking. Now I contact online chat and spoke to someone called Abbie absolute horrible disgraceful attitude of a person. Says a refund or resend won't happen as this is a reoccurring thing even tho this is my first item from footasylum and first time I've had this problem. They obviously use this as an excuse to get out of this. I will be taking this matter further as this is fraud I got this item on pay3 and I will not be paying anything for an item I didn't reiceve. I also suggest you retrain your online chat staff in customer service and manors absolute disgraceful behaviour even had the cheek to say glad I could help please could you leave me some feed back. Also what I find odd is that when I said I would not be paying for my item her response was that's fine have a nice evening aside from this issue. Now I would have gladly accepted a resend but a refund would be preferable as I would rather no longer deal with this company again. Shame I couldn't leave zero stars

Absolute scumbags ordered work pants they must order tracking numbers for Evri to collect the so called parcels that people have ordered but Evri must never collect nothing as there's nothing there for them to collect but Activewear still have a tracking number to send you so it looks like they have sent something even tho there is never actually a parcel that's why Evri never updates and just keeps saying parcel ready for collection constantly. They are absolute Muppets pretty sly trick to order a collection online for a few quid with a tracking number to give the customers so all in all they receive more in customer purchases that people will never receive proper profit making scam. Would have gave 0 stars if could. Luckily I paid through PayPal and literally PayPal refunded me 2mins after reporting them so I'm assuming they know what there like

Just received my safety boots scruffs Nevis I don't usually leave reviews but these are spot on quality boots and comfortable and first class service from this company can't quite understand the negative reviews would recommend these will be back again
