Hair straightener stopped working within the warrant period. I contacted GHD customer service and they said to send it to them so they can look at it and replace it. Sent the straightener in December and still havent gotten a replacement yet. Only stupid excuses that there is a delay. Unacceptable.

Ik heb 2x al een defect product gekregen. Ik heb ze weer 3 emails gestuurd en heb geen reactie gehad sinds SEPTEMBER!

I ordered on the 25th of September and after 2 months and 4 emails i still don't have my package nor a status update! UNACCEPTABLE! No replies on my emails at all.
