More than two months and Stored has not been able to locate my items in their warehouse for return.

Customer service has been very unhelpful, and has only suggested that I make a claim for my lost items.

It has been over a week since my original booking for my storage return but my return is continuously postponed. It is incredibly important for me to receive my return, particularly since I have been waiting more than a week.

I've had to stay at home for two whole days to wait for the delivery but obviously to no avail. I was advised earlier today that I would be receiving my delivery within 2 hours but it still has not arrived.

Please kindly rectify this as soon as possible - I think it is not unreasonable to expect that you work past hours or over the weekend. It is ridiculous to expect to charge for this without any kind of reimbursement for numerous delays.

I have called more than 20 times today, and nobody has responded to chat. Your service and management is terrible. Please do not take this lightly or I will seriously contact legal services. Please return my storage TODAY. This is honestly so unbelievable.
