Would have given 5 stars if you hadn’t used Evri who left it on the doorstep, anyone could have taken it. They didn’t ring the bell even though I was at home.

A no-quibble service from HiB.
Our LED edge-lit mirror was installed in summer last year. The edge lighting was always patchy but it was only when I was having another put in elsewhere that I realised it was wrong. I emailed HiB with photos and they had a replacement sent promptly. This was installed yesterday and I'm delighted and can now see what I was missing. Well done HiB!

Excellent warm trousers in khaki. Liked them so much I bought a second pair in forest green a week later and am really pleased with the colour as I was a bit doubtful looking at the picture on the website.

Phoned asking for regular email notification about meter reading - sorted. Also asked about my tariff and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome - lower cost tariff straightaway.

It was only a 25mm drill bit but I needed it, my local branch had it at a very good price and it was ready for collection almost straight away - problem solved.

I ordered my DAC at a good price for store pick-up. It was ready when I expected it to be, and they called to confirm. I am pleased with it.

This is my third pair of Joya shoes and second pair from Cheerful Soles. The fit, comfort and appearance are great. I phoned the company following a slight delay after ordering and they knew my name and explained there had been a slip-up at the warehouse. They offered free next-day Royal Mail delivery and they arrived 24 hours after my call, excellent customer service.

It did exactly what it said it would. I was travelling through several countries in S America and the Latam package was perfect. Maybe more care could be taken with the setting-up instructions. The video gabbles through far too fast, watched it multiple times. My iOS setup failed probably because I was on iOS 16 and the documentation hadn't caught up. I got a message telling me to contact Airalo support and they got back to me within the hour saying all good to go. And it was, it all worked fine across multiple countries.
