I can sincerely not fault the service provided from start to finish. Staff friendly and helpful. My consultant, above and beyond. Explained everything clearly and went ahead with removal of 2 teeth. Throughout extraction, kept asking me if I was okay and comfortable for him to continue. I have been registered here since 2022 and have been in the care of one person throughout giving me continuity and knows my history. Very disappointed with Memsaab this order. Have ordered many women's suits literally last year. This time not impressed at all. Two of the four items, quality not great, size not like before and nothing like the colour advertised for one of them. Kept two of them, however when returning the other two, I had to pay 6.00 pounds for each item, a total loss of twelve pounds for me. How this is justified, I don't know. Both items had to go in separate bags and 6.00 for each to be posted. Never will I be ordering from them again. Return's policy a complete rip off and a lovely money making scam for the company. Think before ordering from this company, please read return's policy first.

Kush was very patient, professional and full of knowledge. Went through my current package and what is working for me and what is not. Very calm, not pushing me to make decision, in fact after he explained packages suitable for me, I made the decision and did not feel pressured at any point. Have to praise Kush, informed him I am completely deaf in one ear and have traumatic brain injury, he was clear, made sure I absorbed information and have to say, all sorted within Minutes, not like before, sitting on phone for ages. If only all customer service people were like Kush. Key thing's, calm, patience of saint, knowledge at hand and waiting around or negotiating, renewal completed promptly and professionally. Complete nightmare. Parcel was dumped at back gate in pouring rain. On my ring bell, I can visually see J with parcel, yes agree heavy parcel, literally threw onto front door causing damage to two of the item's inside. Then as no reply to door, dropped in back behind gate with all contents sprouting out of box. Would highly recommend not to use as not first time issue with DPD. Why Zooplus started to use instead of Yodel. Yodel the best. DPD would never recommend.
