Review over Royal Mail
Three times in March this year, royal mail have lost my signed for 1st class mail. Customer service is horrendous. Can't get through to them and they are no help at all.
My very important letters have now missed the deadline causing me problems 😡😡
They have gone downhill.

Keep away from this FAKE company. The contact emails are fake and bounce back underliverd.
I bought a jellaba from them and on the website it says express delivery 24-48 hrs!!! It's been 2 weeks and they haven't despatched my jellaba and taken £90 from my account.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES!! There's no genuine emails or contact numbers.
I have now contacted my bank. Hopefully they'll help.

I didn't get the free 3rd pot.
I emailed them and took a screenshot of the advert for proof, but they didn't reply.

I paid for next day delivery, 'Apple airpods'. I didn't get the item and they said it's been delivered, but it hasn't!
I didn't receive a notification or any proof of delivery!!
The driver stole my parcel 😡how do I prove it? It was supposed to be a gift! £99

So much better than Ebay, because you find loads more stuff and searching is easier and more accurate. Ebay always gives me the wrong results when I search for an item.
