They let you get half way and then cut you of saying try another one and you get no points

I had a call from them yesterday about moving gas meter…

I had a call from them yesterday about moving the gas meter so i do not have to lay on a cold floor and be in pain to check the meter not to sure of the outcome as the person upset me on the phone and i put the phone down. I have no answer why no other company can take me on as i have a meter they cannot support but i had a message on my phone saying they have notice that i have not topped up

I have not heard anything from British…

I have not heard anything from British Gas they still have not told me the reason why others cannot take me on as i have a meters they cannot support can someone please tell me why

The boiler man does not work for…

The boiler man does not work for British gas he was helpful done his job and more. British gas are uncaring they only care about money and getting people who are on benefits to spend their money on topping up and not caring about where they put their meters i have to lay on a cold floor to see if my meter is still working 😡
