I bought the candle making course for $17 as an impulse purchase. It said I could get a refund for any reason for digital products in seven days. Once I purchased it, I ended up not using any of it. I decided to request a refund seven days later. Customer service kept going back-and-forth with me asking me questions I already answered in previous emails and trying to get me to keep it. Then they denied me my refund claiming an entirely different refund policy. I emailed them a copy of their policy which clearly states I was due the refund. I also thought I would be making the candles I was seeing advertised but those are add ons courses. I’m so upset because I entered this with good faith thinking this is a reputable company.

Topics and speakers outdid themselves this year. It ran smoothly, with breaks between each session. I didn't have technical difficulties joining the event. So many sessions to choose from with lots of information that can be readily and easily applied. One of my favorite speakers was Dr. Heather Denniston. I took the most notes during this session and would love to see her bring a future Master Class to expand our learning. Looking forward to next year's event!

Diana Brandl gives great info on Agile and AI and how it pertains to my role now and in the coming years. I come away from her programs with fresh ideas.
