Dear customer, we would like to inform that your order left our warehouse on the 8th April and there was a delivery attempt on the 10th April, but delivery point was notified as closed by the courier.

On Monday 15th April at 6:33 pm we sent you an email to notify you the problem, but you never replied. Please check your spam box email if you don't find our emails. At the moment the parcel is at BRT storage in your country, we ask you to reply to our email to solve the shipping problem.

We are very disappointed to read your review because we've done all the best to do the shipment as quick as possible and our customer service is always available to answer any questions or requests. We received your order on 7th April, on 8th April the parcel was sent, on 9th we sent you the tracking number and on the 10th April there was a delivery attempt.
