Attended for a routine check up. Friendly reception. Ushered into the surgery on time. Again, a friendly welcome. Check up all OK and soon on my way having made an appointment six months hence. Confirmation on my 'phone before leaving!

Chap arrived and took a look at the job - blocked sewer drain. He set work and within an hour the blockage was cleared. It was a hot day and I'm sure he has had easier jobs. He cleaned up afterwards and was soon on his way. Well derserving of recommendation.

It was only a six monthly check-up but I was treated with courtesy and care from the reception to the chair. Thanks to the dentist and her assistance the check-up went smoothly and without the usual trauma that can put people off from getting their teeth seen to.

Following the driver's progress was simple and the delivery was made within the two hour time slot. However, the driver simply left the package by my front door, took a photo of it on his phone and left. He made no effort to attract my attention such as ringing the doorbell and appeared uninterested in making any personal contact. Whether this was due to his being under pressure to make as many deliveries as possible, or communication was difficult because his first language was not English, I do not know.

Had a 0830 hrs appointment for routine check up. Efficient, friendly staff and an excellent dentist. Fortunately, all was well and I was soon making my next appointment. Thoroughly recommend the Botolph St branch.

Pleased with the variety of footwear available. I collected the order from your shop in Braintree Village - the staff were very helpful. Having now tried the shoes, I found them very comfortable.

Access to many useful records. The 1921 census and 1939 Register are particularly useful.
