Poor quality

First gold bracelet fell off wrist within an hour. Found it and returned as it was damaged.
Second bracelet lasted all of 12 weeks and also fell off and now lost.
Clearly poor quality items. Won’t use again.

One star is generous

One star is generous. I was told earlier in the year one of our phone contracts was up in August so rang them today. Only to be told it isn’t up and we need to pay £70 to leave. This was on an overpriced contract with a pitiful data limit.. so they are either lying or the staff are incompetent. Either way, won’t touch them again. Disgraceful.

Hi Audrey, I'm sorry that you were incorrectly told your phone contract was up in August. You can check your contract at www.bt.com/mybt check your products and choose 'Manage' and you'll find your contract details are available from there.
