Had what I wanted on the rail, saved money with the Members price. Changing room was spacious, well lit and clean. Staff polite and friendly/knowledgeable.

Quote was reasonably competitive but I did need to phone & speak with someone as I had paperwork sent through relating to cover that was about to expire. Also, the remittance was taken out of my bank account 5 days before the expiry date. Fortunately I had moved cash into my account the previous day, else I would have gone overdrawn. I would appreciate a firm date beforehand advising exactly when the remittance will be taken!
