I went for ongoing dental work, following a fall which damaged front teeth, this has been continuing repair and maintenance. I’ve been with the practice for over 20 years now. And this was one of the most difficult appointments to date. Challenging removal of two existing crowns and preparation for the bridge covering a gap with new tooth.
Both the dentist and dental nurse worked expertly to make this happen with what was a difficult prolonged removal. Thank you for their skills and determination we got there eventually.
Part way through the process, looking forward to completion by experts.
They kept me informed, reassured and got the task done under difficult circumstances.

Fitted in as emergency from another branch. Excellent service even though very busy. Saw Z Parker, left me confident for holiday and re fitted my crown. Thank you to all concerned.

Not sure on sizing…got it wrong. Speedy easy return and timely refund. Reorder two pairs at correct size. Brilliant. Really pleased, with cut quality and fit for paired down canvas hi top.

Visited the shop in Devon, so lovely experience including coffee. Staff checked all the glasses we bought and Mum enjoyed too and made additional purchases.

Whilst holidaying in Northumbria and visiting Felton I called in at Awl by Hand and met Lyndsey. What fabulous leather workmanship. I purchased a small bridle leatherwork handbag which is now my favourite go to for daily use. It’s neat, a beautiful colour (conker, I think) and very practical for holding small incidentals and knitting. I shall be commissioning a piece from Lyndsey and remembering her work on dog leads and collars for future use. Thank you Lyndsey I love my handbag
