Chinese Shite Ordered from what I thought was a UK…

Ordered from what I thought was a UK company as it has .co.uk website. Ordered on 11/12 for a Christmas present which I thought was plenty of time. It’s Xmas Eve now and I’ve no money and no present… cheers you bell ends

Poor customer service

Ordered a watch that said Royal Mail 24 Hrs delivery. I didn’t mind if it was a few days but then I got an email saying once we receive the watch we will provide a delivery date! When I challenged this with evidence I was met with very rude customer service who refunded me once they realised they were completely in the wrong! Ordered same watch from amazon next day free delivery

Item said "ORDER NOW, DELIVERY DATE TBC", we then emailed you after your purchase to confirm that in case you missed it. You disputed this so we then sent you images to prove it and you chose to still believe you are correct and got rude with us so we told you we where cancelling your order as we are not here to be spoken to in such a manner when the issue is clearly your mistake. Top marks for rewriting facts thou.

I was issued a £100 fine at Ripley main…

I was issued a £100 fine at Ripley main car park N Yorks. Luckily I had paid by card and when I emailed them a screenshot of the transaction they replied saying all action would cease. I don’t how I would’ve been able to prove it had I paid cash because the fine took 2 weeks to arrive so the ticket will have been thrown in the bin. I wonder if they’re trying their luck and send these out to everyone??
