Absolutely crooks.
Ordered two pairs of trousers and a pair of desert boots.
The boots were white and plastic. The trousers were not fit for purpose. Super low waistband and plastic buckles on the hips for no purpose. These are (bad) fashion trousers and not anything tactical.
After 3 emails im offered 30% back because "that's our policy". These thieves need to be out of business.

I purchased the 4k restoration Hellraiser Box Set. This product is amazing quality. The new artwork was so special. You could tell genuine care was put into this restoration and the extras. I will always buy from Arrow Video first.
