It was impossible for me to be registered as a buddy (4 visits per month) by my buddy sponsor through the app or the website, and no staff in attendance during the advertised staffed hours to sort it out in person. Very frustrating and annoying for my first interaction with Pure Gym. Had to wait for an email response and then PG had to do the registration by hand.

I wanted to trade in my DSLR kit for a good compact camera. I took the kit into a Wex store and found the assistant very helpful. He listed everything and arranged for it to be sent for valuation. Although there was only a demo model of the compact camera available, I was at least able to try it out. The assistant checked the warehouse stock and I was able to order it online and it was delivered the next day. I was also pleasantly surprised by the valuation of my DSLR kit and the efficient way the payment for it was handled. Well done Wex.

Could not have been any easier or more efficient!

The courier made no attempt to deliver the parcel to my address - I have doorbell video as evidence. Instead they threw it over the locked sidegate of a (not very near) neighbour. The neighbour is on holiday and so I don't know when I can retrieve the package. It took me half an hour to track down the location of the parcel - all I had was a picture of a gate to help me! I might as well have been talking to a stonewall when I contacted Yodel by webchat - Contact the supplier... Contact the supplier... Contact the supplier... Of the many, many deliveries I have had in the past, this is the first I know of from Yodel, and the first that I have had trouble with. Maybe that's just a coincidence...

We had done a little research ahead of calling in to Trailfinders and so Tom, our friendly Trailfinders rep was able to use his knowledge and efficiently round out our ideas and come up with exactly the package we wanted. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly - from building a list, collection by courier and receiving payment.
