A truly great experience on my journey…

A truly great experience on my journey to and from Bristol. Female driver on journey there, very attentive and friendly. On the return journey driver 'Andy' made the journey a delight, very poetic and engaging in his delivery of the safety message which he got across loud and clear with a few jokes thrown in!. He had everyone's attention. The journey was safe and comfortable, the
coach very clean. I must admit that having had a really bad experience with National express on a journey from Gatwick in November 2024 I vowed never to use the service again. Due to a really rude driver with no respect or duty of care for the passengers and who was very verbally aggressive. I did leave a review but nothing was heard back.
I was going to complain further but didn't have the time or energy to the end. National Express have redeemed themselves with the choice of staff. And the price of the journey was good too. Thank you

very helpful and efficient service

Brad was very helpful, polite, patient and gave good advice. Even called back when the line was disconnected. That dies not happen often! A Very professional approach to customer service
