Christmas present and it never arrived
Ordered never arrived which was really disappointing as it was a Christmas present, Emailed to chase delivery received a reply two days later advising it would be looked into urgently, which it wasn't. Sent another e-mail which was ignored completley. Thankfully paid by credit card so should get my money back, but who really needs this hassle
