Fantastic service. Found a bottle of bourbon I had been looking for. The bottle was on sale and from purchase to notification it had been shipped was under a hour and the fact that the import duty was part of the price made the deal even better. Great service, great comms, can;t be faulted.
Review over Secret Bottle Shop
This will be a bit geeky but, 12:12hrs 5th Nov a friend let me know Secret Bottle Shop had a bourbon in stock that I was after, 12:15hrs I bought one, 13:15hrs email saying bottle was shipped, 6th Nov 13:10hrs bottle was delivered.
From buying to receiving in less than 24hrs, now that is what I call service, absolutely fantastic.
