Excellent Service

Service on my bike was thorough in finding and fixing a problem I’d reported and was completed quickly and competitively. Looked like a new bike on collection.

From choosing to using your new Hypervolt charger.

The initial data gathering process (where you’d like the charger installed) was clear and easy to complete (as long as you have a smart phone) and the follow up call from Hypervolt helped to clarify and define the subsequent installation process. The nominated electrician who did the installation had clearly been well briefed but nevertheless, took the time to double check with us before starting any work. This was completed quickly and with obvious professionalism.
The charger itself has worked perfectly and the app provides useful and clear data, not just whilst charging but live data on current house consumption.
The only less positive feedback I can give is that if the charger is to be fixed to a brick or harled (rough cast) wall, you need to be careful winding the cable around the charger, so as not to scratch your fingers or damage the cable or wall over time!

Always talk to your supplier on renewal of services!

After a wait of around 10 minutes, I got through to Alex B to discuss the renewal of my Broadband and landline phone service. All my pre-prepared questions (about the online renewal process, costs and contract term) were answered without hesitation and resulted in a new and competitive deal for a new one year contract, all of which was confirmed by email with minutes of our call ending.
