Sam and Syrona were both very helpful and full of knowledge. Even though my experience of trying to log in to the website with usernames and passwords befuddled me, Sam scanned my membership card and it immediately came up with the details I’d already been entering on the website, and accepted me.
It ended very well with me making several purchases directed to by Syrona.

The Scarborough team never fail to please us on our trip into town. Although Sam recognised and welcomed me on arrival, Syrona was duty footwear assistant, and did a marvellous job of introducing me to my two new pairs of GoreTex Merrell walking shoes. Keep it up Scarborough! A credit to Millets.
