Shocking online ordering experience.
First of all, I’m already a member with go outdoors but had to purchase another membership just to order online as my number wasn’t linked to my online account.
Ordered a ski jacket that said was in stock only to get an email saying I’m being refunded but with no explanation but was still being charged the delivery…….for getting nothing delivered!! Managed to sort a refund for that and got told on the phone that the jacket was no longer in stock that’s why I was refunded. Went back online to order a different one that said was in stock…….same thing happened!!
Must be an issue with updating the online system when stock is sold out.
Buying in store is great, no issues what so ever but ordering online is shocking.
Please update the online ordering process!
