PLEASE BE AWARE

They have changed my bank details without my permission or informing me that mine were no longer authorised ( for whatever reason) so I have been withdrawing money today to my Exs bank account when it was going into mine absolutely fine the day before. small claims court incoming for these idiots.

Free prints in general are faultless, but I got three plastic tiles and only one of them doesn’t stick to the wall as the sticky stuff provided was all dried out :( so kind of put off re ordering

Tried to top up twice doesn’t work…

Tried to top up twice doesn’t work entered it manually about 50 times doesn’t work.
Tried to apply for support credit doesn’t work.

Interest can vary a lot depending on location, timing, and what people nearby are looking for. Sometimes listings receive lots of requests, and other times fewer, even when items are still useful.

When it comes to food, what’s available on Olio depends entirely on local surplus from stores, which changes day to day. Some days there’s more variety, and other times it may mostly be bread, fruit or salad. While we can’t control what surplus is available, every item shared still helps prevent waste.

We really appreciate you giving Olio a try, and we hope you might consider using the app again in the future.

Prefer pet plan

Made 3 claims, not showing up on my account.
Emailed, poor customer service very slow replies. And they didn’t even read my email properly just decided to send a robotic response. Wouldn’t personally bother pet plan has always been better.

The way the app is designed is fine…

The way the app is designed is fine it’s great, but someone spoke to me so condescending when I collected and listed my first collection.
What’s more the expectations for some free food that’s out of date is ridiculous, having to take photos of everything one by one the expiry date and the allergens even though it’s evident the food is out of date. Time consuming for most people hence why very few people bother

The stain remover doesn’t work and the fact the company has you emailing them to cancel a subscription is a red flag in itself.

Regarding cancellation, we understand your frustration. Our current system does require customers to contact us directly to cancel whilst in the trial period but after this time customers can log into their accounts and cancel or make any changes required themselves , we are always reviewing how we can make this process easier and more transparent in the future.
