Hello! I am very grateful to Mr. Tyler (ID:1383) for helping me. I was hospitalized at Coventry University Hospital with my daughter for nearly four months, and the rear left headlight on my car was broken. I made an appointment on the RAC website, and within 20 minutes, Mr. Tyler called me. He came to the hospital parking lot, did his best to understand me since I don’t speak English, and replaced the headlight on my car. Hello! My name is Violeta, and my daughter’s name is Alice. We are still at Coventry University Hospital, where my angel Alice has been through a great deal of suffering. Unfortunately, I understand English but cannot speak it. Late at night, I sought help to extinguish the fire that has been burning in my heart since February 14. I found this site and wrote down everything that was on my mind, and they replied to me that very same late night. I felt as though I was being freed from all the pain and suffering a mother feels when she sees her child in pain and can do nothing to help. These gentlemen understood my pain as a mother, and the next day I called. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for existing, for listening, and for soothing any pain a person may have. Bună dimineața!Ma numesc Violeta Ivașcu,și am aplicat pentru actul de a fi gardian la față cu multiple dizabilități mentale și fizice.Eu am avut acest act de a fi gardianul ei dar din cauza faptului ca am fost pe la spital,GP,etc. având și cărucior cu rotile toate actele după mine l am pierdut.Asa ca am apelat la aceasta firma de mare încredere Zenco ,cu o echipa in spate de profesioniști,de încredere și cu o puternică rapiditate de a finaliza actele necesare cărora le mulțumesc din toată inima.Drept urmare am aplicat acum două zile și în acesta dimineață adică a treia zi am primit mail ca in 7 zile primesc acest document.Acest document care pentru mine și fata mea este foarte important și nu aș putea să prezint nicăieri fără el.Mulțumesc din inimă la toată echipa Zenco!!!!Sinte ți cei mai buni!!!Un an nou vă doresc,sărbători fericite cu sănătate și multe împliniri pe toate planurile!Cu stimă și respect Violeta Ivașcu!
