Personal injury claim
I Fell off a defective chair in work Aug 24. Which without doubt worsened an existing back problem. There was no denial that the chair was defective, any denial would have been pointless. The specialist I later saw stated the fall would not have worsened my condition !!! ( he should not have said this --- best S&G find a more compassionate specialist !! He would not amend his opinion ! ) The claim was then based on his evidence. Obviously low ! and my company jumped at this opportunity to get off lightly. This left me with few options !! Mr Drinkwater was left with few options and advised acceptance. S&G should seek medical opinions from a favorable specialist rather than one that takes the money and the easy option !.
Under these circumstances S&G hands were tied. It was the specialist that let us down by taking the easy option.
