I just want to clarify if this has been since 2020: Complications outside of the case control? For this reason, the lawyer has followed all of the defendant's requests from the beginning of the case? And in 2021, the lawyer first gathered the 16-year-old GP's past history for the defendant request and sent it to him so that he could prepare for the case in advance?
Did the lawyer not send radiological tests to the experts and not include important witnesses in the case because the defendant asked this to be done?
There are many unanswered questions in this absurd case that has been planned from the very beginning.

Since I can no longer see my written review, I’m writing it again. I’ve had a case since 2020. Immediately after signing the contract, my lawyer focused mainly on gathering my full 16-year GP history since my arrival in the UK, but when she forwarded it to the defendant, I received no response. As for appointing experts, for some reason, she wasn’t in a hurry and only after a two-year break did she appoint the first expert, and that was at my request. The expert reports were created without important radiological tests, and I constantly had to ask my lawyer to send them. In 2024, she even tried to mislead the client, claiming that the back MRI had been sent to the expert. I had two ,,conferences'', which I can’t even call conferences, as they were essentially nonsense, there was an attempt to mislead the client about section 36, claiming that negotiations could only take place once.My son, who participated, was so bored that he dozed off without participating in the discussion at all. An important witness was not included in the witness list, and my lawyer talks about millions claim, even though neither the defendant nor the lawyer has been preparing for any negotiations since 2020. My official request to begin negotiations was rejected twice by my lawyer. An official request to explain how the individual fracture amounts were calculated has been ignored and there is no response. My lawyer’s behavior since the beginning of the case has been strange and, of course, not in the client's favor. All of the defendant's requests were fulfilled, and all documents were disclosed to the defendant. When I asked my lawyer to mention even one significant piece of advice given since 2020 regarding the case, she could not do so because there simply was none. That’s why the case is in court. A real 5-year nightmare. I recommend avoiding this company.

Only after two years gap did she appoint the first expert, and that was only after my request. The expert reports are compiled without important radiological scans, and I constantly have to ask my lawyer to send them to the experts. The important witness was not included in the list of witnesses, and my lawyer talks about millions claim when neither the defendant nor the lawyer planned any negotiations since 2020. My official proposal to negotiate was rejected by my lawyer.
The official request to explain how the calculation was made for individual fractures is being ignored, and there is no response. My lawyer’s behaviour has been strange from the very beginning of the case, and of course, not in the client’s favour. All the defendant’s requests are being fulfilled.
When I asked the lawyer to name at least one significant advice piece of advice given since 2020 related to the case, my lawyer could not name it because it simply did not exist , therefore, the case is pending in court.
I advise avoiding this company if you don’t want to have psychological problems .
