John on footwear was very helpful! Safe to say im the most awkward person with shoes and John made it easy! We spoke about what I wanted to use the boots for and he listened to my needs and helped me narrow down the options. I decided to choose a pair of scarpa boots with Johns advice. He also helped my partner with his purchase of some Salewa walking boots and a pair of smartwool socks. He made our shopping experience very comfortable and even recommended some places to visit whilst in Wales.

I came to help my mum with a parcel today. Some nice young chap called Grant had helped us out! He was very helpful and knowledgeable with this. He seemed very happy and appeared to enjoy his job. He made sure that the delivery was sent off today as the van was outside sorting out deliveries! He made sure that there wasn't anything else that we needed help with before leaving the shop and wished us a good day! Thank you again Grant for all you do! Have a good day!
