Rude manager experience

Was not given my correct discount for an item i purchased. When speaking to manager she was rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone and did not fix this issue despite the employees efforts. Will not be returning and will sort this issue in a different store.

Fantastic customer service

Went in and was served by the fantastic Lel. Took her time and encouraged me to try lots of different smells. Ended buying the Valentino Coral fantasy which was all down to her customer service.
