Predictably shockingly bad

As usual, shocking service. Two non-deliveries within the last three weeks, with companies having to refund me. One was for bespoke printed Christmas Cards which never arrived. I now refuse to order anything online where Evri delivers. Watch their bot-generated response to this. They have no 'Customer Service', and it's impossible to speak to anyone. The Panorama programme on BBC1 did an exposé on them. Yet suppliers keep using them. Three suppliers have now lost my custom.

How does Evri get away with such…

The level of Evri's incompetence is…

The level of Evri's incompetence is only matched by the company's complete lack of interest in delivering a reliable service. Our local facebook group shares stories of non-deliveries, deliveries to the wrong address, and parcels being chucked in a hedge. I'm not the only one who has written to head office and not had the courtesy of a reply.This time, I got an e-mail informing me my deliver would come that day - when I hadn't ordered anything! Then of course I got the standard e-mail saying they could not deliver it. How does Evri continue to get away with such shoddy service? And as for your response below, you know darned well all one gets is an automated reply. You do not have Customer Service.
