Although we didn't get the outcome we hoped for, I couldn't have asked for more from Slater and Gordon,in particular James, who I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make a hearing loss claim. He was very clear and understanding and at the end of the experience I felt like I lost a friend.Well done James and thanks again
