Good selection of games and staff seem generally knowledgeable. Easy to click and collect. It would be nice to have items from other stores delivered to my local one

Ordered an item on Christmas day. I've received no tracking information or item a week later. I've had an email to say the order is process is complete. No response to two emails i sent.

Update: Tracking email by royal mail sent day 9 and item arrived day 11. No replies to my queries by monstershop throughout

Update 2: messages were responded to two days after delivery. Disappointing service overall but I'm glad they still replied and didn't ignore them entirely.
