Extremely poor service from Slater and Gordan
I was involved in a no fault RTA on 2/1/2020. Slater and Gordon were the solicitors used by my insurance. I am so disappointed with this company. The Communication has been poor and the significant delay with resolving my case continues. Six years has passed with no resolution. I have made two formal complaints which have been upheld. I have had several changes in persons responsible for my case. They initially start off by making some progress and then history repeats it's self again. Poor communication, delays and unprofessionalism.
I have today emailed their client care and awaiting a response.
