A really great app. I love the sustainability aspect, sharing what I don’t need and giving it to someone who actually wants it. It’s great for decluttering sustainably. I ve also picked up some useful things myself for free. The map allows you to see how local it is when you are deciding to ask for something.

I would give the experience zero stars if I could. I spent 1200euros on shower panels on 20th November due for delivery 3rd dec. they didn’t arrive. When I inquired I was told they had not yet left Britain so no idea why I was told they were due that day. Next email I am told they are due 15th dec. they did not arrive. 2 weeks later I am told they are missing and need to be re-sent. I ask to cancel at this stage . When I talk to b and q they tell me I can’t as they have been shipped and are due 9th Jan. they did not arrive.
Tradesmen have been postponed several times.
Customer service adamant that concession could not be made following appalling service and that I need to catch the delivery person to return them.no warning when you order these online that they are coming from the Uk and subject to huge customs/shipping delays. I would not recommend b and q and will stay well away in future
