Order #1410: Confirmed cancelled on Jan 20th but STILL NO REFUND.
I am extremely frustrated with the service regarding Order #1410.
On January 20th, I received an official email from the company stating that my order had been "successfully cancelled." However, it has been over three weeks and the refund has still not been issued.
I have sent follow-up emails (most recently last Tuesday) asking for my money back, but the company has gone completely silent. According to UK consumer law, a refund should be processed within 14 days. They are now well past that deadline and are withholding my funds.
I have provided my order number and the proof of cancellation. I expect an immediate refund. Because of the lack of response and the unacceptable delay, I have now officially initiated a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds.
