I had a phone call this morning, which was my first time explaining an incident that happened to me. I felt quite nervous and emotional because it brought back many difficult memories.
What really stood out was the adviser I spoke to on the phone. She was incredibly kind, calm, and patient. Sometimes I struggled to answer the questions, but she gently repeated them and gave me time until I understood. She made me feel valued and gave me hope.
By the end of the call, I felt comfortable and able to trust the process. Thank you very much for your support.
